Lite-On to stop production in Győr end of October– 250 people out of job

Some of the manufacturing facilities and employees of Lite-On company will be taken over by the Austrian electronics firm MELECS. MELECS will also manufacture parts for the Tetra system that supports the communication of the emergency and policy organs.

EDR proved to be succesful at the chemical defence training of the Hungarian Army
