The current audit of Pro-M Zrt.’s integrated
management system – conducted by SGS
Hungária’s auditors on April 26-28, 2010
– was completed with excellent result. The audit
found neither significant nor minor non-compliances.
In line with the practice followed by Magyar Telekom,
the integrated management system of the Company was
certified according to three standards: ISO 9001:2008
quality management system, ISO/IEC 27001:2005 IT
security management system and ISO 14001:2004
environmental management system.
The successful audit visit:
- has proven that the system is efficiently operated by
the Company and it is capable of fulfilling the goals
of the organizational policy;
- has confirmed that the maintenance and continuous
development of IT security, compliance with user
requirements and strict regulatory provisions are
crucial for the Company’s operations;
- has proven the Company’s commitment towards
environment protection.
The Company continuously sustains its commitment
towards high-quality services, environment-conscious
activities and the enforcement of enhanced security
requirements.
As a result of the tasks completed in line with the
above principles, the Company operates a management
system that complies with international standards of
quality, environmental and IT security management
systems, and is fully aligned with Magyar
Telekom’s group-level integrated management
system.
